Buchanan's own Design Spokes are manufactured in-house. All designs are swaged into shape, including our Spiral spokes. This means that no material is removed, and no torque (or twisting) is introduced to the wire. The result is a reliable spoke that will not "un-twist" when trueing. |
Design Spoke Kits are available for most applications, including Metric Cruisers. They require larger holes in the hub than plain round spokes, and therefore may not work for some applications. They are available in stainless steel and in chrome plated carbon steel. |

We do carry a very limited number of kits available pre-packaged in Old Diamond and Tortoise Shell that are not shown. Any kit not offered as pre-packaged will be at our regular prices. Pre-packaged Harley kits may be ordered by part number via telephone. All other Design kits must be in writing. |
