Spoke kits for EARLY CHIEF FRONT or REAR DRUM hubs (mid 1930's - 1947?) - 40 count

Cast steel spool hub with detachable drum/sprocket (bearing on bottom side in photo comes off with drum).
Laces cross four, measures 4 5/8" diameter and 3" wide. Rim is severly offset towards drum side.
Stock spokes were 6-.175 ga. on 4 cyl. & 6-8 ga. on Chiefs, with .343" diameter nipples on both.
Aftermarket rims use .281" diameter nipples.

Spoke kits for LATE CHIEF FRONT or REAR DRUM hubs (1947? & up) - 40 count

- SEE SIZES BELOW -

Hub is two piece (not counting the drum) consisting of a cast center and flange on brake side, brazed to
pressed steel flange on opposite side. Chiefs laced cross 3 with 7-9 ga. spokes and .343" diameter nipples.
